**Position Summary** The Solution Architect for Salesforce and Enrollment Systems provides strategic and technical leadership to design, integrate, and optimize CRM and student/customer enrollment platforms across the enterprise. This role ensures that Salesforce and associated systems deliver a seamless end-to-end experience-from lead capture through onboarding-while aligning with business objectives, data governance, and architectural best practices. **Key Responsibilities** **Architecture & Design** + Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud) and enrollment management platforms. + Lead end-to-end architecture for enrollment workflows, including lead nurturing, application processing, admissions, and onboarding. + Define integration patterns between Salesforce, LMS's and data middleware (e.g., MuleSoft). + Create and maintain solution architecture diagrams, data flow models, and API designs. **Strategy & Governance** + Partner with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and product owners to translate strategic goals into technology solutions. + Define architecture standards, guardrails, and best practices for Salesforce and related platforms. + Contribute to enterprise data strategy, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and interoperability across systems. **Implementation & Delivery** + Provide technical oversight on Salesforce and enrollment project implementations and enhancements. + Collaborate with developers, admins, and third-party vendors to ensure solutions meet design specifications and quality standards. + Conduct architecture reviews, performance tuning, and environment management. + Evaluate new Salesforce and enrollment technologies and recommend adoption strategies. **Collaboration & Leadership** + Act as the primary Salesforce and enrollment systems technical advisor to cross-functional teams. + Mentor Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts on architecture and design principles. + Communicate complex architectural concepts to non-technical audiences. _Candidates local to Durham, NC or Hoboken, NJ are highly preferred._ _Applications will be accepted through November 14.
