What You’ll Do:

• Meet virtually with families to assess protection needs and recommend coverage options.

• Help clients design life-insurance and wealth-building plans that fit their goals.

• Follow up with leads and build your own client base.

• Plug into a proven system of training, support, and community.

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

• Basic computer and communication skills.

• Access to reliable internet and a quiet workspace.

• Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain with our guidance).

Compensation:
100% commission-based (no cap).
Average active agents earn $35K–$85K+ in their first year* , depending on effort and time invested.
Builders also have the option to create recurring passive income as they grow a team.
