As an Executive on our team, you could be the one who changes everything for our 28 million members. **Position Purpose:** Facilitate new business opportunities, identify market trends and manage product development for the assigned products. Serve as a liaison between Sales, Implementation, and Operations to ensure a smooth and unified transition from opportunity to client. + Work with Centene sales, corporate development, business development and Corporate product development to provide domain expertise for the Product Growth & Development department. + Continuously examine, modernize, and innovate products based on rules, regulations, and requirements as well as current market trends and target existing customer needs. + Develop new products and benefit designs to meet the evolving needs of target clients. + Develop and implement product bundles based on offerings, specific to target clients. + Oversee and manage the transition of a client from sales to implementation and operations. + Partner with the Business Development team to increase product offerings for current and potential new clients. **Education/Experience:** Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience required. 10+ years of sales, product development or management, or business development experience required. Preferred experience in Medicare and DUALS. Position location: Remote nationwide with up to 25% travel at times. Pay Range: $185,200.00 - $352,700.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
