Job Description:

• A Senior Healthcare Recruiter at Client owns the recruitment and placement of travel nurses and allied clinicians into short/long term contracts and full time placements.
• This role requires fast outreach, intentional follow-ups, strong phone interviewing, MSP-aligned onboarding coordination, disciplined documentation, and reliable communication that keeps placements smooth and on track.
• You will partner with MSP programs and internal Payroll and Compliance teams to deliver clean hiring packets, accurate skill checklists, and facility-ready submissions.
• >5 years of experience in the role.
• Build and manage a foundational pipeline using high-volume cold calls, database sourcing, and consistent referrals.
• Conduct efficient phone interviews to validate licenses, required certifications, specialty experience, shift availability, pay expectations, and core clinical skills.
• Prepare MSP-ready submission and onboarding packets with correct formatting, timeline awareness, and clear clinician summaries.
• Validate candidates skills checklists, competency documents, and certification bundles prior to submission.
• Coordinate onboarding file packages and track milestones proactively to prevent delays or missing items.
• Maintain structured, clear, and high-response follow-ups via text, email, and interview guidance calls.
• Schedule and prepare candidates for interviews by setting expectations and prepping them properly upfront.
• Track and meet activity and placement metrics across all levels: outreach, submissions, interviews, onboarding accuracy, and successful deployments.
• Ensure all candidate handoffs are clean, traceable, and documented with accuracy and speed.
• Mentor junior recruiters by modeling communication discipline, efficiency in screening, and placement execution.
