**Position Title:** **Salesforce Solution Architect** **Location: San Antonio TX** **or** **Findlay OH** **Role: Direct Hire / Permanent** **Rate: market** **Candidates: Ability to work W2** **Position Summary** We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. This role blends deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, aligning Salesforce technology with business goals and industry best practices. As a key member of the Salesforce Center of Excellence, the architect will collaborate with stakeholders, define solution requirements, and influence enterprise architecture decisions across multiple business domains. The ideal candidate combines Salesforce platform mastery with communication and leadership skills to guide both technical and business teams. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce implementations across complex enterprise initiatives. + Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and project teams, ensuring solutions align with strategic objectives. + Guide and mentor development teams, enforcing Salesforce best practices and coding standards. + Translate business and technical requirements into end-to-end solution designs and architectural blueprints. + Oversee configuration, testing, deployment, and release management activities across Salesforce environments. + Develop data models, security models, and integration strategies for scalable cross-cloud solutions (Sales, Service, Experience, Manufacturing). + Conduct system reviews, performance optimization, and compliance checks. + Drive innovation through proofs of concept and adoption of emerging Salesforce technologies. + Support DevOps and CI/CD processes for Salesforce deployments. + Participate in architectural governance, ensuring adherence to established principles and standards. **Education & Experience** + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience). + 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design. + Salesforce Solution Architect certification strongly preferred. + Proven expertise in Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC). + Experience with Experience Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Salesforce integrations. + Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. + Experience leading enterprise CRM or member services implementations. + Oil & Gas or Energy industry experience a plus. **Skills** + Solution Architecture - End-to-end Salesforce design and implementation. + Lightning Development - Visualforce, Apex, LWC. + Integration Strategy - API, middleware, and system interoperability. + Data Modeling - Secure and scalable data architectures. + DevOps/CI-CD - Deployment automation and environment management. + Agile Delivery - Iterative, cross-functional project execution. + Communication & Leadership - Trusted advisor to both business and IT. + Strategic Outlook - Aligns Salesforce initiatives with long-term business goals.
