Innovex Renovations is Asheville's premier luxury remodeler. We specialize in live-in renovations in downtown condos as well as commercial work. We are looking for an experienced Carpenter/Tradesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of proven experience and would have strong skills in math, basic geometry, tape reading, and on-the-fly calculations. They would be proficient in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and building specifications to ensure projects are completed accurately. Our team values a commitment to top-notch quality, as evident in meticulous planning and execution of tasks. The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to manage any technical assistants working under them. Tasks will vary across project phases, starting from demolition, to framing, and encompassing finished work in framing, drywall, tile work, and final trim out. This position offers the opportunity for career growth, allowing individuals to refine existing skills and acquire new ones. Job Details • Job Type: Full-time, overtime available • Pay Rate: $25 - $35 per hour (based on experience) / W2 • Expected Hours: 40 per week • Work Location: On-site at the jobsite with our company headquarters situated in South Asheville.
