Our resort-style office offers massage chairs, fireplaces, and a calming atmosphere that feels more like a wellness retreat than a dental clinic. We provide preventive, restorative, cosmetic, implant, sedation, and same-day crown dentistry.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a caring, detail-oriented Dental Hygienist who’s passionate about patient care and education. You’ll work alongside our clinical team to deliver exceptional service, promote oral health, and uphold our mission of creating “sensational smiles.”

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental hygienist duties, including prophylaxis, scaling & root planning, periodontal maintenance, and patient education.
• Assess periodontal and oral health status, chart appropriately.
• Collaborate with the clinical team (dentists, assistants, front-office staff) to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
• Document patient care, treatment recommendations, compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and home care tailored to their specific needs and comfort levels.
• Create a positive patient experience: greet patients warmly, address their anxieties, maintain a tranquil and comfortable environment, and uphold the aesthetic/ambience standard of the office.

Qualifications:

• Tennessee Dental Hygienist license. (required)
• 2+ years experience preferred, not required.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Comfortable with modern dental technology.
• Positive, team-focused attitude.
