Our AmLaw 100 client’s nationally recognized Real Estate practice is expanding in Seattle. This group handles sophisticated financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures across sectors ranging from commercial to mixed-use development. The team is collaborative, fast-moving, and trusted by major institutional lenders and developers nationwide.
Role Summary
This associate will work directly with partners and clients on complex commercial real estate transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine financings, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and joint venture deals. The role offers immediate client interaction and hands-on experience within a market-leading platform.
Candidate Profile
3–6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
Experience with financing, acquisition, and joint venture matters
Strong analytical, drafting, and client-facing skills
Licensed or eligible to practice in Washington

Salary Range
$235,000–$310,000, commensurate with experience. Hours-based bonus eligibility.
