Location & Work Arrangement

• City, State: Remote, Ohio (Candidate must be located within the state of Ohio ).
• Work Arrangement: 100% Remote .
• Contract: This is a Contract position.
• Mode of Interview: Webcam (Teams).

Essential Expertise and Scope of Work

The PM2 will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, serving as the central point of contact between IT delivery teams and primary stakeholders, including management, staff, and end-users.

1. IT Project Leadership and Execution (6+ Years Required)

• Project Management: 6 years of experience in IT Project Management covering all phases of the project lifecycle (Required).
• Agile Expertise: 6 years of experience with Agile IT projects (Required).
• Requirements & Quality: Define IT project requirements and quality standards; define specific activities to be performed to produce deliverables.
• Risk Management: Determine and evaluate risks that may affect the IT project; address any problems found in testing and ensure scheduled time frames are met.
• Change Control: Manage and approve changes within assigned IT project(s).

2. Stakeholder Management and Communication

• Stakeholder Engagement: Meet with stakeholders to determine needs and expectations; maintain regular contact to review applications and obtain feedback.
• Reporting: Provide regular progress reports ; report on delivery problems and provide performance data.
• Team Direction: Direct professional and/or technical staff in meetings and day-to-day activities.
• Analytical Skills: Proven analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills (6 years required).

3. Tool Proficiency

• DevOps/Version Control: 6 years of experience in using Azure DevOps and GIT (Required).
• Office Applications: 6 years of experience in using Microsoft Office apps: SQL, PowerPoint, Excel and Word (Required).
