About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Stillwater, MN, as a Personal Trainer! This role offers you the opportunity to inspire and guide our members on their fitness journeys while being part of a supportive and energetic community.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement personalized workout programs for members based on their fitness goals.
• Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress to ensure optimal results.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and motivation to help clients stay committed to their fitness plans.
• Lead group fitness classes, fostering a fun and inclusive atmosphere.
• Educate members on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized training environment, ensuring equipment is in good condition.
• Build strong relationships with clients to enhance member retention and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques to provide the best service possible.

Requirements:

• Current Personal Trainer certification from a recognized organization (ACE, NASM, etc.).
• Previous experience in personal training or fitness coaching is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients effectively.
• Passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of nutrition and wellness practices is beneficial.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
