40 guaranteed hours per week
This family will need support through the end of December , making this a wonderful short-term but deeply rewarding role.

Providing warm, attentive care throughout the day
Supporting developmental milestones with age-appropriate play, sensory activities, songs, and early learning moments
Following routines for naps, meals, bottles, and diapering
Keeping play areas clean, organized, and safe
Completing light child-related tasks (tidying toys, child laundry)
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification)
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Solid, professional childcare references
Experience caring for children of a similar age (nannying, daycare, or equivalent)
Calm, communicative, and confident with young children
Knowledgeable about toddler development and early learning
Safety-focused, observant, and organized
Someone who loves reading stories, singing songs, getting on the floor to play, and building meaningful connections
