Your Impact:

• Drive revenue by converting prequalified inbound leads into closed loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial solutions for real estate investors and investment companies.
• Build rapport with repeat borrowers and warm leads through ongoing communication and relationship management.

In This Role You Will:

• Take inbound calls from investors interested in mortgage financing.
• Follow up with existing leads via calls, emails, and texts.
• Evaluate loan applications and supporting financial documentation.
• Structure financing options for investment properties using DFS products.
• Communicate regularly with borrowers to provide updates and guide them through the process.

Requirements :

• Comfortable on the phone and motivated by closing deals.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Dependable and reliable with consistent work ethic.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with digital communication tools.
• Energetic, persistent, and open to coaching and feedback.
