About the position: This is a critical full-time, permanent position in our Professional Services team. This customer-facing role is responsible for designing, implementing, and migrating infrastructure and collaboration solutions for RKON’s customers primarily related to mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and divestitures. Consultants will also assist RKON operations to ensure the stability, integrity and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions for our clients. The ideal candidate for this role will have 5-10 years of experience acting as a customer-facing solutions engineer or system administrator with strong and broad knowledge of Microsoft-centric business technology solutions and Microsoft 365 including endpoint management, Entra/InTune/Teams/SharePoint, information security & compliance. In addition, a strong understanding of team-based project delivery, work planning, and the ability to work independently is required. Responsibilities Include:
Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $125,000-$170,000. This is an estimated range based on the circumstances at the time of posting, however, may change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, market factors, geographical location, budget, and demand. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, RKON provides a benefits package that includes health insurance (medical, dental, vision, life, and long and short-term disability insurance); flexible time off; and a 401(k) Plan with employer match to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
