Position Overview: We're seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide specialized one-on-one nursing care for pediatric and adult patients with complex medical needs. Tracheostomy care and suctioning
G-tube feeding and maintenance
Ventilator and BiPAP management
Medication administration and monitoring
Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Vital signs monitoring and documentation
Implementation of physician-ordered care plans
Family education and support
Emergency response and clinical decision-making

Required Qualifications:

Current, unrestricted Alabama LPN or RN license
Experience with complex medical conditions preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Reliable transportation and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently while maintaining detailed documentation
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Experience:

Previous home health or private duty experience
