Zantech is looking for a talented Logistician III to contribute to the success of our upcoming Logistics and Sustainment Support Services contract for an Onsite role based out of Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland.

The Logistician III will play a crucial role in

  • Providing logistics and sustainment support services for federal programs.
  • Providing input and recommendations, coordinates logistics requirements, supports audits, assists with property management in APSR and DST, coordinates data collection in cPROBE/FMSWeb/DST, and assists with depot maintenance and POM reviews.
  • Maintaining logistics documentation and data integrity across the portfolio, ensuring audit readiness and enterprise data transparency.

Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

  • Provide input and recommendations to programmatic products and documentation
  • Coordinate and define logistics requirements for milestone decisions and reviews
  • Prepare and review miscellaneous reports for senior management
  • Assist with formulation of short and long-range logistics and product support planning
  • Provide input and recommendations on logistics resource planning and budgetary products
  • Support logistics audits and audit readiness testing
  • Support Program Offices in managing property in APSR and DST
  • Coordinate with Program offices to collect data within cPROBE, FMSWeb, and DST
  • Report on authorizations, requirements, projected quantities, fielded equipment to support Army enterprise data transparency
  • Attend fielding synchronization meetings and brief CPE systems information for Unit Set Fielding
  • Assist with 50/50 depot maintenance data collection, consolidation, and review
  • Assist with transportation budgetary process and POM Program Reviews
  • Create and maintain Microsoft Office documents, presentations, and spreadsheets

Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

  • 7+ years of logistics and supply chain experience in DoD environment.
  • Must provide input on programmatic products, coordinate logistics requirements for milestone decisions, prepare reports, assist with logistics planning, support audits, assist with property management in APSR and DST, coordinate data collection in cPROBE/FMSWeb/DST, attend fielding synchronization meetings, assist with depot maintenance data, and create Microsoft Office documents.
  • Industry standard technical skills: APSR operations, DST proficiency, cPROBE, FMSWeb, advanced Microsoft Excel, audit documentation.
  • Must be proficient in APSR, DST, cPROBE, and FMSWeb systems
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required, particularly Excel

Preferred Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Industry standard)
  • Master's degree preferred (Industry standard)
  • DAWIA Life Cycle Logistics Level II minimum (Industry standard)
  • DAWIA Life Cycle Logistics Level III preferred (Industry standard)

Required Security Clearance:

  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret trust or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
