The position of Lead Carpenter is to provide top-quality craftsmanship for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Construct and repair structures and fixtures
• Work in high-end residential homes
• Provide the customer with a high-quality experience.

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of relevant experience in custom residential homes preferred
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Experienced in installing and repairing drywall and plaster
• Knowledgeable on building codes and OSHA safety codes.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of working power tools and saws
• Able to read, understand, and interpret construction plans, sketches, and details
• Knowledge of the proper sequence of construction
