Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and providing administrative support for HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities + Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews. + Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. + Support onboarding and orientation for new hires. + Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts and reports. + Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Requirements + Previous experience in HR or administrative support role. + Strong organizational and multitasking skills. + Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. + Experience with payroll systems and benefits administration. + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
