Position Highlights Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Outpatient only) Scope : Provide comprehensive care for patients ages 5 and up, including: Annual physicals and wellness exams Preventive care and chronic disease management Corporate physicals and new patient evaluations Call : Light call schedule (approx. once/month), phone-only, shared with a single-call group Qualifications Education : MD or DO from an accredited medical school Training : Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency Licensure : Texas medical license (or eligibility) Board Status : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine About Us Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is a trailblazer in value-based care and was the first in the nation to be accredited as an Accountable Care Organization by the NCQA.
