Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable and motivated Event Staff to support the planning, setup, and execution of company events and on-site activities in Washington, DC. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and contributing to successful event operations in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Location: Washington, DC
Pay Range: $21.50 - $30.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
* Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination.
* Support event logistics, including organizing materials, equipment, and event spaces.
* Follow schedules and instructions to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.
* Provide general support to event coordinators and team members during events.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe event environment before, during, and after events.
* Assist with inventory tracking, labeling, and basic documentation related to events.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or support roles is a plus but not required.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting as needed.
