Position Overview
We’re seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our Bellevue team. The ideal candidate is confident with periodontal therapy, patient education, and co-diagnosis, and enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and team members. New grads are welcome to apply—we’re happy to mentor the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality preventive and therapeutic hygiene care, including:
  • Prophylaxis, SRP, periodontal maintenance.
  • Local anesthesia and nitrous (if certified).
• Perform and document comprehensive periodontal charting and assessments.
• Take and evaluate digital radiographs and intraoral photos.
• Utilize practice protocols for perio diagnosis and co-diagnosis with the doctor.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and overall health connections.
• Review medical histories and collaborate with the dentist on treatment plans.
• Maintain strict infection control and OSHA/WISHA standards.
• Contribute positively to a team-based, patient-first culture.

Ideal Candidate:

• Current Washington State RDH license in good standing.
• Local anesthesia & nitrous certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong perio and preventive care focus.
• Excellent communication and patient-education skills.
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a busy but supportive environment.

Schedule:

• Typical hours: [e.g., Monday, Tuesdays and Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Fridays 8-2 PM]
• We are open to discussing 2–4 days per week depending on fit and availability.
