This role involves a dynamic mix of high-stakes transactional work and strategic advisory services. You will be instrumental in all phases of mergers and acquisitions , from complex structured acquisitions and strategic divestitures to intricate corporate carve-out transactions. The position also entails a significant focus on capital markets , guiding both public and private entities through various financing initiatives, including initial and follow-on public offerings, private placements, and venture capital financings. You will draft and negotiate a wide array of commercial agreements, including those related to licensing, technology transfers, research and development collaborations, and supply chain logistics. Additionally, you will provide counsel on corporate governance and disclosure matters, ensuring compliance with evolving securities laws and regulations. A key part of the role will be collaborating with specialized teams, including regulatory and intellectual property groups, to navigate complex legal issues that impact deal value and execution.
