Job Description

Woodfield Boca Raton is seeking experienced Pilates Reformer Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fundamentals of Pilates and a passion for helping clients meet their fitness goals. Candidates may be required to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays . • Demonstrate proper form and technique for Pilates Reformer exercises.
• Instruct participants on proper breathing techniques and body mechanics during exercises to ensure safety.
• Design and implement fitness programs tailored to the needs of individual clients, including modifications and enhancements.
• Inspects all apparatus and areas for cleanliness and safety.
• All duties are to be performed in accordance with Woodfield Boca Raton departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Comprehensive Pilates Reformer Certification, required
• Minimum of 6 hours of training, required
• Minimum of 2-4 years prior Pilates Reformer work experience required
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of body mechanics and anatomy
• Must possess great communication and customer service skills
