We’re seeking a knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable Budtender to join our team! As a Budtender, you’ll be the face of our dispensary, helping customers choose the right cannabis products for their needs while delivering top-tier customer service. You’ll educate guests about strains, consumption methods, dosage, and legal guidelines, ensuring every customer has a safe, positive, and informative experience. Responsibilities: • Provide expert knowledge on cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories • Ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations • Process sales using POS systems accurately and efficiently • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and display areas • Stay informed about new products, promotions, and cannabis industry trends • Come to work with positive energy and an efficient workflow Qualifications: • Previous Budtending experience required • Must be 21 years or older • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends • Must pass any required background checks About Company: Gatsby Cannabis Co. is a fully immersive Cannabis experience boasting the ambiance of the art deco style of The Great Gatsby novel.
