Hamlin House is a Florida-inspired social and racquet club redefining hospitality in Orlando’s SoDo neighborhood. JF Restaurants   is seeking passionate and experienced   Bartenders  to join our esteemed team at Hamlin House.

About the Role:

The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through the preparation and service of beverages in accordance with the restaurant’s standards. This role combines product knowledge, efficiency, and hospitality to ensure a seamless bar operation and a welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and guest preferences.
• Greet guests at the bar and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all bar offerings, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
• Make recommendations and answer guest questions about beverage pairings and ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, tools, and surrounding areas throughout service.
• Ensure proper stock levels by requisitioning and rotating inventory, and assist with bar prep and restocking.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and verify guest identification as required.
• Communicate clearly with servers and team members to support coordinated, timely service.
• Assist in creating seasonal or event-based cocktail menus as requested.
• Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper cleaning of glassware and bar tools.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a full-service or high-volume environment.
• Excellent mixology skills and a strong foundation in classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Strong communication and guest service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer.
• Proficient with POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol and hold any required local certifications (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol).
• Flexible schedule with availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
