**Job Title: Assembler 1st Shift M-F 6am-2:30pm (START 12/1!!)** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. This role involves assembling parts and components according to specifications, ensuring quality and accuracy, and maintaining a clean work environment. **Responsibilities** + Follow all safety procedures and use required safety equipment in accordance with company policies and practices. + Review work orders to understand product specifications and requirements. + Visually inspect components and completed units during assembly to ensure quality and accuracy. + Install appropriate sub-assemblies or component parts in the unit based on design specifications. + Complete assembly processes in the specified sequence. + Ensure completed units meet quality standards before moving them to the next workstation. + Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. **Essential Skills** + High school diploma or GED. + Basic computer skills or willingness to learn. + 1-2 years of manufacturing experience with demonstrated product assembly. + Ability to frequently lift up to 20 pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior manufacturing experience is preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join a supportive and dynamic team where you can develop your skills and grow your career.
